About our company

Our Gr8Impact SEL Framework provides strategies and practices to:

Build a network of meaningful parent engagement to support your school operation
Build active and sustainable parent relationships
Construct communities of care
Our training will offer a framework and tools to:

Develop environments of trust between parents and staff
Reduce and eliminate “ghosting”
Enhance student engagement, perceived self-efficacy, and academic outcomes
How it works

There are 6 modules, each module consists of a set of principles.  Each module has specific strategies and practices designed to facilitate conversation and engagement between staff and parents, and collaborate on positive, supportive goals and solutions.  We can provide a playbook of guided discussions around each set of principles.

A framework means…

The framework is not just a newsletter or another email home to parents. It is so much more. The framework furnishes your team the tools to build engaging, supportive, and sustainable learning environments defined by a clear sense of community, connectedness, and empathy.

A framework means…

The framework doesn’t tell teachers, staff and families how they should feel and what they should do in a situation.  The framework provides protocols and procedures to construct the communities of care and trust in which students, families, and staff can openly share their fears and frustrations while collaboratively addressing barriers to student success.
